This person loves the challenge of leading Craftwork’s complex, people-focused operations in the Texas market. The Market Leader’s responsibility is to care for all of the Craftwork stakeholders (employees, customers, communities, vendors, and investors) through launching, stabilizing, and incrementally improving the operations of the hospitality bars. Their standard for excellence is unparalleled, and the pressure that comes with this standard drives them to be thorough and highly critical. Job Features

Lead: To set and achieve challenging goals, take decisive action when needed, outperform the competition, and inspire others to perform at the highest level they can

  • Lay the foundation of core processes and core values through training and development
  • Empower others to provide, refine, and improve our world-class hospitality experience
  • Act as a conduit for communication between the front-line and the executive teams
  • Define operational and missional KPIs and hold each store accountable to those goals

Job Functions

  • Reviews new locations and advises development team on any operational considerations
  • Recruits and retains talent at each location
  • Implements and refines training program for new staff
  • Launches new locations and prepares succession plan
  • Coordinates the implementation of company-wide processes and procedures
  • Maintains accurate records and approves time
  • Identifies gaps in operations and creates scalable solutions to fill those gaps
  • Builds and manages quarterly budgets for each location
  • Manages and cares for Host Leaders by building a trust-centered work environment
  • Manages strategic communication with property management at each location

Job Requirements

  • Belief in the Craftwork mission and core values
  • Passion for implementing and maintaining a standard of excellence
  • Strong interest in leading people and entrepreneurship
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc)
  • Strong arbitration and critical-thinking skills
  • A willingness to travel regionally on a weekly basis
  • Prefer college degree in business administration, hospitality, and/or communications OR
  • 2-5 years of operational leadership experience
