Job Functions

  • Preparing monthly cash flow statements, income statements, and balance sheets for CEO
  • Performing cash reconciliation report for CPA during annual tax filings
  • Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll on a weekly basis
  • Preparing financial analysis for quarterly investor reports
  • Submitting and maintaining TABC, city health, and state tax permits
  • Overseeing company-wide insurance policies
  • Managing cash/LOCs and setting up new accounts with financial institutions
  • Filing new entity formation documents with state and federal entities
  • Filing company operating agreements and service agreements

Job Requirements

  • Belief in the Craftwork mission and core values
  • Passion for implementing and maintaining a standard of excellence
  • Strong interest in process improvement
  • Love of high-intensity work environments
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc) 
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks
  • Extremely detailed-oriented
  • 2-5 years of Administrative, Bookkeeping, or Office Management experience
